Report Builder 15 resets connection to OLAP data source

I'm using the latest version of Report Builder (15.0.20073.0) and connecting to an OLAP over HTTP data source. On particular machines, Report Builder resets the network connection after authenticating to the SSAS service with the error below. I am able to connect to the same data source using Excel successfully, and on other machines the connection is successful using Report Builder.

Report Builder error:

The stream was already consumed. It cannot be read again.

The request was aborted: The request was canceled.

An error occurred while sending the request.

The connection either timed out or was lost.
