Magnifier Not Showing New Teams notifications

We have a coworker who is having issues with seeing the New teams notifications while using the magnifier tool. The notification does show up on the screen but is virtually invisible when hoovered over the notification using the magnifier tool. When reverted back to Teams Classic this problem doesn't exist and I cant seem to see any differences in the notification options on either the magnifier tool or both teams. I did also try to completely uninstall New and Old teams individually to see if that made a difference and still gives the same result.

Any advice that will assist with this? Yes we are aware that they can open teams and see the messages when received but it was convenient to have them pop up in the notification banner.

Did you use this magnifier in your environment?

Does anyone else have the same issue in your organization?

To reproduce your issue, I did a test in our environment, when we use the magnifier, we could still see the messages notification banner.

Yes it’s my coworker and I who tried to replicate this issue. Again the issue is with the new teams not teams classic

Is your set up via an organization or is it for your personal computer? Additionally, when you installed new teams did you install it directly or did you use the switch to update to new teams from classic teams.”?

I have a user with the same issue and can reproduce on my own machine. Magnifier is 'docked' at top of screen. Magnifier does not show the new Teams client notifications which is an issue for someone who needs accessibility features. I tried uninstalling Teams and reinstalling but the issue persists.

@DF yes this is exactly the same issue we have and my coworker has the similar requirements. I wonder if this is a Group policy issue but again I’m not sure on where to pinpoint the source. Going to try to uninstall magnify to see if that helps
