When I try to do a certification renewal the exam renewal does not show up in Learn Dashboard it asks me to connect an additional account that is already connected to the MCID

Issue is still occurring and the suggestions that were given in the last ticket. I have missed the opportunity to renew my certification because the system locked me out 4 days before the deadline .

Please help rectify this

    Hi Andreas, Sorry this was supposed to be related to a forum I posted earlier. I was hoping they would address the issue, as they shut off the previous forum I had going without fixing the issue. My issue is that the renewal exam I was supposed to be able to action was not available for me to use and now my certification is showing as not passed. I really need this to be worked out ASAP.
