I am unable to create a database using Spark 3.4. Is there any existing issue with spark 3.4?

Currently there is an ongoing issue with Spark 3.4 when writing to a container other than the primary one (successfully created db on primary container)
An ICM was created and product team is currently working on it. I will provide an update on this issue get resolved.
