Problema na autenticação de um link que recebi para cadastro da SharePoint

Recebi um link para realizar cadastro no meu cliente, porém mesmo após ter baixado o Microsoft Authenticator, o link encaminha direto para autenticar meu numero de celular porém dá mensagem de erro e em outro momento também que não estou cadastrado.
