    Hello,

Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.

The issue you described may be caused by different credentials between the console administrator and the workgroup client administrator user. We suggest that you try the following methods to solve it:

Attempt to log in to CMRC using the same credentials as the workgroup client administrator. If you know the credentials of the workgroup client administrator, you can try logging in using these credentials to ensure a successful connection.

Create a local account on the console administrator's computer, using the same username and password as the workgroup client administrator. Then, try logging in to CMRC using this local account and connecting to the workgroup client.

Configure remote management credentials in the Site Configuration section under the Administration node in Configuration Manager to allow different credentials to connect to clients.

Ensure that the console administrator has sufficient permissions to remotely control the client.

View the log files on the workgroup client to check for error messages related to remote control connection failures.

Hope this answer can help you well.

    Best regards,

    Jill Zhou
