Why am i unable to register for an azure free account? I have entered my payment details severally but it keeps telling me that the information is incorrect. It is my card and I have entered the same information but i keep getting same error message...I thought it was because there was no money on the card then i put little money and even after i did, it is still the same error message....what is really happening?

Please ensure the following:
- The information that you provided for your Azure account profile (including contact email address, street address, and telephone number) is correct.
- The credit card information is correct.
- You don't already have a Microsoft account that uses the same information.
If problem persists, you may try the following options to contact Azure billing and subscription management support:

OR

2024-07-29T15:16:51.25+00:00 This makes no sense. Why do you think everyone is going to have a credit card? Why would debit card not be accepted?I am in Finland yet my card is not accepted. Is debit card mot also accepted in finland? Why should i get a credit card? Make it make sense please

2024-07-30T10:16:00.7766667+00:00 @Oladayo Fasokun Debit card is also accepted. But there are few cards that are not accepted. To confirm whether your debit card is supported one or not, you can raise a support request with billing team.
