Issues enrolling multiple devices with the same account

We created an account to enroll a few computers that are out in the shop that don't have E3 licenses since they don't use office products except for the OS. We just want to make sure these devices stay up to date. Anyway, I get computer A enrolled in Intune. I can see it in the Intune Admin center. I go to enroll computer B with the same account that I used to enroll computer A. Once I can see computer B in the Intune Admin Center, Computer A is gone. I then go and enroll computer A back in, once that is done, computer B is gone. I have waited 15 minutes between, I have waited over 12 hours in between, the same thing happens. I enroll one, the other goes away. I check and the default 15 devices is set. The devices are synced through AD Connect and then enrolled with a group policy. They are not being enrolled by the normal account that is logged in since they are not licensed. So I log on with the account we created, run gpupdate and reboot. Once it reboots, it takes the other PC out.

    @Joseph P. Gallagher, Thanks for posting in Q&A.

    Based on my testing, I can enroll two devices into Intune using the same account and when I login in one PC using the AAD account, it will not take out another PC.

    To clarify this issue, please check the following.

    1.Check if the account has Intune license and a Microsoft Entra ID P1 or P2.

    2.Check if enrolled devices more than 15 in the account.

    3.Check if exist Multiple User enrollment on the targeted devices.
