To add to Andrea's answer, if you cannot find the subscription, I'd recommend opening a ticket with Azure Support:
https://azure.microsoft.com/en-ca/support/create-ticket
Also, if you are a part of multiple subscriptions, please ensure that you login to your correct tenant to access the subscription.
