I am building a Teamsbot. When I create a team and add the bot to the general channel of that team. It fires the event and gets installed. You see that onInstallationUpdate event that gets fired when app is installed on general channel of teams. I added a welcome message card and it shows. But if I create custom channels in that team public or private...and then try to add the bot on that teams channel then the bot does not get installed. It even does not fire onInstallationUpdate event. Since this event does not fire and app does not install , I also don't get the welcome message. Teamsbot onInstallationUpdate event is not firing
