Hello,

I am a partner and suddenly I started to face this problem:

  • I get a message saying "your account has been locked" every time I try to access a shared file or recorded meeting shared by any Microsoft employee.
  • My account is not locked, and I can access all the resources in my company tenant and I am working normally.

It feels like my account is locked on another tenant and I don't know how to unlock it, I logged a ticket with Microsoft support and still they have no clue.

Yea the hosting tenant will need to handle this - Microsoft in this case. When you are blocked, does it give you some info like the correlation ID etc...? That would help identify it I think on their end.
