How to fix error code 0x80070005

I have tried everything, but nothing works. I tried resetting the store, i tried sfc scan, updating, using other accounts. I can't download anything from the microsoft store because of this. Is there a way that makes me bypass this error? Is there a way i can microsoft apps outside of the microsoft store that keeps blocking me?

    Usually, 0x80070005 indicates access denied error that occurs due to lack of permissions.

    I suggest you to sign-in with administrator account and see if the issue is resolved.

    "80070005" usually means "access denied". There could be a "permission" issue.

    Please take the following steps to troubleshoot.

    1. If this is a domain joined machine, please remove it from the domain temporarily.
    2. If there is any third party antivirus software installed, please uninstall it completely then reboot to check.
    3. Turn off the firewall temporarily.
    4. Try to login with another administrator account. If you are using cloud account (AAD account?), you may try to use yourselft account. It could be related to AAD policy.
