Error AADSTS500202 when trying to start MS Shifts in MS Teams

Hi!
I have a personal MS Teams Account and simply want to start MS Shifts from MS Teams. I keep getting the following error message:
AADSTS500202: User account '{EUII Hidden}' from external identity provider 'live.com' is not supported for API version '2.0'. Microsoft account pass-thru users and guests are not supported by the tenant-independent endpoint. This message is not helpful and I am out of luck. Any help is much appreciated.

2024-04-23T17:13:29.3266667+00:00 I think that it has something to do with some account weirdness, which I am however unable to pinpoint. The error message also features a cat with spilled coffee, saying that "It's not you, it's us". That's cute, but since it's me that wants to write an API integration for Shifts, it's not of much value either.

2024-04-26T12:30:50.1566667+00:00 The reason for the error was a clash of a personal and a business MS account with the same email address. Once that was resolved, Shifts would start.
