Hi

my problem is my other Microsoft account : khamisosama@mail.ru

I lost my old phone due to the war in Palestine and now I have no access to my authenticator accound and the mobile number

but I have access to my original account which is Khamisosama@mail.ru

I also know my password

I just want a solution so I can log in to my microsoft using the email code not authenticator app

    I 'd call the global number for support and reset the access.
