wrong DNS servers

Please i need your help on this issue.

There is an issue looking at the wrong DNS servers that I need fixed.

But the records exists if your servers look at the correct name server:

Based on your screenshot, I have a few questions:

Is your environment pure Exchange Online or hybrid deployment?

Does your MX record point to a third-party gateway? Normally, the MX record points to EOP :<MX token>.mail.protection.outlook.com

You mentioned "But the records exists if your servers look at the correct name server", it seems that this issue is related to DNS server, please understand that our community is for general issue about Exchange Online, so we suggest you contact your ISP provider for this issue
