Change address for about me section in account creation so that credit card is in same region

I got halfway through creating a new subscription in my Azure Account. In the About Me section I populated the address of my company which is in Singapore however I want the payment card to be my UK card. Only on the card verification page is it clear that the card and address have to be in the same county. Now I cannot go back and change the address to a UK address, I get taken straight to the Agreement and Card verification step.

How do I reset this process so that I can start again and create a Subscription. No other subscriptions or billing is setup in the account, this is Greenfield.

    I apologize for the inconvenience you’re facing. To reset the subscription creation process in Azure,

    You can first Cancel the subscription that is created. After cancellation, Microsoft waits 30 to 90 days before permanently deleting your data in case you need to access it or recover your data.

    Wait for 7 days after canceling the subscription. The “Delete subscription” option will become available in the Azure portal, then you can delete the Azure subscription that you created and start the process again
