Exchange 2019 OWA disabled

Exchange 2019.
Single mailbox. Unable to log into OWA .
X-OWA-Error Microsoft.Exchange.Data.Storage.AccountDisabledException
There was an issue where OWA did work but Outlook clients were not accepting the password.
I deleted the account through Exchange ECP and recreated the account in AD and Exchange ECP.
Now the reverse is true. Outlook works but OWA no longer works.
OWA is enabled for that account. Shows as enabled in ECP and powershell.

Edit: I tried clearing cache/cookies and that has seem to have done the trick.
