I cannot access a lab

I'm trying to access my lab but it's buffering and gives an error of launch fail then it buffers forever.

    Corrupted cache data can interfere with loading web applications. Clear your browser's cache and cookies, then try launching the lab again.

    Sometimes a simple restart can resolve temporary glitches. Close any open programs and restart your computer or device.

    Reach out to your lab provider's technical support team and explain the error message ("launch fail") and buffering you're experiencing.

    A suggestion for conducting laboratory work. It advises against opening additional windows or distractions during the lab session. The implication is that focusing solely on the lab task at hand without diverting attention elsewhere will lead to better outcomes or efficiency.

    We tried from our end; it's working fine for us. Kindly refer the below screenshot. Please follow the lab instructions, whatever mentioned in the right side when you launched the Lab.
