Allow to sync sharepoint on prem and Sharepoint Online

Question

We have cloud only computers and there is no problem sync with sharepoint online.

But when we try to sync with a sharepoint on premise libary.
Your IT department doesn’t allow you to sync files from this location to your computer.  (Error Code: 0x8004deea)

We tryied to set up these settings with Intune configuration policy but still the same issue.
