How to make sharepoint site back to take it for DR ( Disaster Recovery )

Hi ,

we are using SharePoint 2019 on perm using FARM based on three machines (

1. App,2) WFE,3) DB=sqlserver 2016 )

we have a site ( team site ) using custom solution ( json based,c# based )

Solution Required:

How to take SharePoint site back on every day end like 5pm to restore data on other machine which is called DR machines ( Disaster machine ) to keep it safe to be utilized if required.

I found the article about configuring a disaster recovery policy for SharePoint, but there is no mention in the article about the timed backup part of the configuration.
