Unable to see my last examination details in my account

Question

I appeared for my exam on April 6th but unable to give my exam as it was didn't proceed in the candidate queue because it said 'Teams App is prohibiting to proceed' Even though teams app was uninstall. I was not able to reschedule but now I want the exam transcript to avail for next voucher from my company. Please send me the exam transcript.
