We have an issue when registering devices to Azure Notification Hubs and consequently devices don't receive notifications.

Context: We had a billing issue 2 months ago, and service was shutdown last Friday 19 of April. We updated the payment method and paid the 2 unpaid invoices on Monday 22 of April. However, the service is still unavailable. When trying to register an Android device to the Notification Hub, the following message appears: 'Unable to resolve host "NamespaceFamiliasPr0.servicebus.windows.net" No address associated with hostname' ann 'Unable to resolve host "NamespaceProfesoresPr0.servicebus.windows.net" and No address associated with hostname'.

We have tried the following possibilities but none have succeeded:

  • Re-deployed the resource groups
  • With Azure CLI updated the status of the hubs from "Disabled" to "Active"
  • Azure CLI az notification-hub namespace check-availability returns "Unavailable"

Thank you for your answer, however none of the above options helped solving the issue. Still cant resolve the endpoints "NamespaceFamiliasPr0.servicebus.windows.net" and "NamespaceProfesoresPr0.servicebus.windows.net"
