SCCM WSUS changing to itself as upstream

I have a setup with SCCM server and a WSUS server having WSUS and SUP roles, SQL on a separate server. In SCCM the Microsoft update is set the update source and it stays as that. But WSUS keeps changing the source to itself. For tests I changed source option in SCCM to the name "wsus" and this setting works. In the WSUS console source option has been set to the WSUS server with name "wsus". But if I change source option to Microsoft Update in SCCM, this option in WSUS console keeps changing to itself.

In WCM.log i found this

Verify Upstream Server settings on the Active WSUS Server

Successfully configured WSUS Server settings and Upstream Server to wsus

    Hi,

    I rebooted the Primary Site server and from this moment the configuration of WSUS server is not changed by SCCM.

    In WCM.log I found the behavior what I expect.

    No changes - WSUS Server settings are correctly configured and Upstream Server is set to Microsoft Update
