Employee who is having to sign into Microsoft Authenticator multiple times per day even though our organization is set up for a 30-day rotation.
We've tried the following:
Deleting the Authenticator app/redownloading and signing in
Deleting all Microsoft apps on computer/signing out of 365, clearing cache and signing back in
She also has Concur authentication set up in the app now and is having trouble signing into it (so I'm thinking it's an issue with the app itself?)
She is on a Macbook Pro/iPhone
For the Microsoft 365 authentication, she is just being prompted multiple times per day to reauthenticate, which is extremely annoying. For the Concur issue, it tells her the authentication code is incorrect even though she refreshes and has closed out of the app and reopened.
