Network contributor on the loadbalancer level?

Assigning the Network Contributor role at the load balancer level is suitable and follows the principle of least privilege if the task is limited to managing the load balancer and its components. Assigning this function at the resource group level would be more sensible, though, if wider network management within the resource group is anticipated as part of continuing operations.
