I want to notify my team in a teams channel when an bug/work item is created with a certain severity and priority. This will allow them to monitor a teams channel and respond when new issues are logged. I know this is possible in Jira (to integrate with Teams). Is this possible in ADS?

Yes, it is possible to integrate Azure DevOps Services (ADS) with Microsoft Teams to receive notifications when a new work item is created with a certain severity and priority. To set this up, you can use the Azure DevOps Services app in the Teams app store. Once you have installed the app, you can configure it to send notifications to a specific channel in Teams when a new work item is created in ADS with the desired severity and priority.
