Hello,
Check out the information in the link below.
How do I disable the F1 "Help" key on Windows 10? - Super User
Meanwhile, you could try to check the BIOS settings.
Restart your PC.
During boot up, press the appropriate key to enter your BIOS or UEFI firmware settings. This key is often displayed on the boot screen, saying ‘Press _ to enter setup’. It might be something like F2, F10, DEL or ESC.
Look for an option that controls the behavior of your function keys. The option may be located under a section called ‘Advanced’, ‘Function key’, or ‘System Configuration’.
Change the behavior of the function keys from multimedia keys to F1-F12 keys.
Save your settings and exit the BIOS/UEFI, boot into Windows.
If the F(number) still could not be disabled. it’s worth checking if any proprietary software.you can disable the actions assigned to the F keys through the software settings.
Best Regards,
Hania Lian
