Failed to send messages to teams users

Hello,

I am having an issue where

  1. I am unable to send messages to few teams users and their teams status is showing unknown for complete day though they are available.

Getting a warning as "Failed to send", when tried to send a message

  1. Owners of M365 team were not able to add these affected users. Though they are having owner control, yet they are getting message as "you aren't authorized"

We have checked SIP address and everything is fine.

Any resolution steps are greatly appreciated

    Could you please tell me:

    Are these users created within your organization or are they external or guest users?

    If these users were created within your organization, please contact your administrator to check on the M365 Admin center whether these users have been deleted or have been assigned appropriate Teams licenses.
