I have a query regarding the degradation of network speed on Azure VM

Hello. I'm currently using an Azure VM - Standard B2s model.
Most of the tasks are carried out via internet access from the VM. Initially, the network speed was fast during operations after VM creation, and accessing via the browser was quick.
However, after a certain period, the speed significantly deteriorates.
When checking the metrics of the VM, the Network In Total appears as shown in the attached image.

I understand that the network bandwidth is determined by the size of the Azure VM, and I'm curious if such speed degradation occurs due to this factor. Additionally, I'm interested in knowing possible solutions if such speed degradation occurs.
