When launching an ASP.Net web application on a Windows 11 system with Smart App Control On, I'm getting the below toast notification.

Part of this app has been blocked:

IIS Worker Process has tried to load Microsoft.Workflow.Compiler.exe which doesn't meet the security requirements of Smart App Control.

Details: C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v4.0.30319\Microsoft.Workflow.Compiler.exe

Apart from disabling Smart App Control, is there any way to prevent Microsoft.Workflow.Compiler.exe from getting blocked by Microsoft's own Smart App Control?

    Hi @Pradeep Viswanathan,

It seems that this is a problem related to Smart App Control in Windows 11. Apart from this environment, is your ASP.NET Web App working normally?

Apart from disabling Smart App Control, is there any way to prevent Microsoft.Workflow.Compiler.exe from getting blocked by Microsoft's own Smart App Control?

And regarding your question, I think your requirement currently is impossible, this feature cannot bypass Smart App Control protection for individual apps. Here are the relevant Q&A documents, you can refer to them. Thank you for your understanding.
