Prezados,

    Both domain controllers have several issues. I'd start with the event logs on both (source and event IDs) since last boot. Check both got the domain network profile. Also check the ports are flowing between them.

    also note ipconfig /all > C:\problemworkstation.txt should have been the problem member you are trying to join to domain.

    É necessario realizar o Clean Up do DC primario?

    If it is permanent then yes.

    https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/itops-talk-blog/step-by-step-manually-removing-a-domain-controller-server/ba-p/280564

    The commands were all run on the same machine which makes them duplicates and useless. Please run again after clean up and on respective machines DC and problem member).

    Please run;

    Dcdiag /v /c /d /e /s:%computername% >c:\dcdiag.log
    repadmin /showrepl >C:\repl.txt
    ipconfig /all > C:\dc1.txt
    ipconfig /all > C:\dc2.txt
    ipconfig /all > C:\problemworkstation.txt

    then put unzipped text files up on OneDrive and share a link.
