for deletion logic when item is deleted when trigger it will trigger cannot show any run history

@chandar Thanks for reaching out. I have tested your scenario, and I could see the run history. I would suggest you check how often you set to check items and share more details of your scenario.

Here is what I have tested. I have added "When item is deleted" trigger and then send mail whenever the trigger is triggered.
