I am very new to MS Azure Admin. Where can I get quick training or watch videos starting with the basics?

I would suggest starting with Microsoft official learning with self study course, although it's just the text version, it's very helpful and will build a solid foundation for you. And when you are prepared, try to take the exam and get the certification to prove your skills.
