Remote Desktop for Adroid crashes

My client is using Remote Desktop app for android. Most of the devices runs fine. On one of the device the app keeps crashing. Apps from Windows Server are distributed as RemoteApps.

We've restored factory defaults on the device (Honeywell CK65), run the AVD reset.

Simple RDP connections runs only for admin users, when admin mode is on.

    Hello,

    Could you confirm the issue is on the client or server side? (1 client and multiple servers / 1 server and multiple clients)

    If you are just using remote app, you can narrow down the issue (ask user to rdp directly), so you can confirm the issue is on web/CB or session host.

    Meanwhile, you can check errors in your server via event log (applicaion / system / rdp service)
