Why isn't GitHub Actions Showing up as an Option for App Service Build Service?

I was previously using GitHub Actions as the Build Provider for my Web App, but something has changed and now that isn't an option anymore. The only options I have are App Service Build Service and Azure Pipelines. I have tried logging out of Github and logging back in. The workflow file has not been changed.

@Sydney Beck thanks for your patience. I reached out to internally to the app service team to see if this is a known issue. We weren't able to recreate this exact behavior. Something that could help is signing out and signing back in of your GitHub repo in GitHub directly and then going back to the Azure portal and retry to deploying your web app again with GitHub Actions.
