Hi Team, I was previously using my Microsoft Hotmail account: ******@hotmail.com for writing Microsoft Certification Exams. Now, while registering for the below Microsoft Exam, I used my Accenture email id : ******@accenture.com I would like to reschedule my exam next week on 10/05/2024 due to laptop issues. But facing profile mismatch/merge issues and I am unable to reschedule the same. The below mentioned voucher seems to be expired before the exam date 29/04/2024. Could you please help me on high priority?
