Unable to create and deploy a bot using Azure language studio

I'm trying to create a bot and add it to channels but I’m getting bad gateway error continuously and saying server farm permissions to create or update are not available for my subscription key, but I could see that permissions. I tried the below approaches but nothing resolved the issue and I’m unable to create a bot and add it to any channels like telegram or Facebook. 1. Tried multiple other regions like Australia east, central India, Central US for creating resource groups, language service instances, storage but still the same error is persisting and saying as badgateway 2. As I understood its unable to create app service plan, so I have manually created app service plan in my account under other regions like France central, north’s central, Canada central, now the error is getting changed and saying as “No route found for /MSDeploy” (Attached screen shot) So finally I’m unable to create a bot and add it to channels, except this step I have done everything else .
