My new VM is very slow. Almost unusable any ideas?

Question

My new VM windows is very slow on RDC. To Type it takes 5 sec for each letter. I already redeployed the server to another place and update the server to a B4as V2. We are in West US 2 zone 1.

Any ideas? I want to release this to my client, but it is unusable

Hello,

I've reviewed your PC's performance; with 4 CPUs and 16GB of memory, there shouldn't be a performance issue.

Please verify this in your portal. In the meantime, check your network by pinging the destination from your PC.
