Desktop Windows Files Missing After Windows 11 Upgrade

My local HDD & SSD laptop folders for desktop, photos, and docs are missing due to an upgrade to windows 11 and the automatic sync to onedrive due to the settings that I have on a different desktop computer.

Is there a way to recover my local folders (without having a microsoft paid service account or anything) to before the new operating system was installed and without onedrive automatically trying to rewrite my folder structure due to my set up for a completely different computer?

Once you sign into your OneDrive account on the new computer, it will sync your OneDrive and won't overwrite anything as there's nothing on the new profile.
