I can't create a Microsoft Entra ID tenant following the instructions here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/training/modules/allow-users-reset-their-password/3-implement-azure-ad-self-service-password-reset

I don't see the same pages or options for activating a new trial that are in the documentation.

    I understand that you would like to create an Azure free account.

    To do this, follow this link https://azure.microsoft.com/en-gb/free and click on start free. Sign up with your Microsoft email and follow the steps.

    However, if you are trying to create an Entra ID tenant from your already created tenant, then the steps outlined in this link https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/entra/fundamentals/create-new-tenant would be what you need to follow.

    The link talks about implementing Self-service password reset (SSPR)

    If you want to implement SSPR you need to have the Entra ID P1 license assigned to your users.

    I already have a trial going which comes with the free basic level of MS Entrata ID. I am going through the password reset tutorial at MSLearn and I can't set it up with the basic Entra Id tenant that comes with the free trial. I also can't create a new Entra ID tenant other than the Azure AD B2C type. This is because I have existing Entra ID tenants. One is the Microsoft Learn Sandbox, and another one that I can't delete. If I switch to it, I can't do anything inside it either because I am not the global admin.

    If I try to go to support, I end up duplicating a question in this forum.

    Your first link would require me to set up a new email account to get a second free trial. The second link only gives me the option to create the B2C type.

    How do I get support to delete tenants tied to my sub, but that I do not have control over.

    Or how do I get support to delete my free trial subscription, and everything tied to it, so I can start from nothing.
