CAA800000 / An unknown Internet error has occured (How can I fix this error to enroll the Surface Pro 8 in Intunes via Company Portal?)

Hello,

I tried to connect our Device (Surface Pro 8) to Intunes via the Company Portal and this is the error that occured.
Do you guys have any suggestion of how to fix this?

    1.Check your network connection. Make sure your device has a stable internet connection or try to change another network.

    2.Try to reinstall the company portal app to check whether the issue can be fixed.
