Unfortunately, due to a medical emergency that arose unexpectedly, I was unable to attend the exam as planned. Prior to the missed exam date, I had obtained a coupon code for the certification. However, when attempting to use this coupon to reschedule my exam, I encountered an error indicating that the coupon code is not valid.
