Hi,

I am experiencing an issue with Windows 11 autopilot machines not pinning items to the Start menu. Despite checking all policies, only one seems to be applied for the Start menu item. Could this policy setting be blocking the Start menu, or could there be some other reason? Please help me with this.

    Hi,

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.

It seems that your OMA-URI policy is to set default Start Menu for Windows 11. You can refer to below articles, you can also try the W32 app method in first article:

Using Intune to customise the Start Menu on Windows 10 and Windows 11

Customizing the Start menu layout on Windows 11 devices

Thanks for your time. Have a nice day!

    Best regards,

    Simon
