I believe one of these scenarios could potentially resolve your RDP connection issue:
- Ensure that the necessary ports (RDP port 3389) are open in the Network Security Group rules and the Cloud Service endpoints are configured correctly to allow remote desktop access to the VM.
- Ensure that Remote Desktop connections are enabled. You can do this through the System Properties settings on Windows. Right-click on 'This PC' or 'My Computer', go to 'Properties', then 'Remote settings', and ensure that 'Allow remote connections to this computer' is enabled.
