Unable to log into azure account

How to login into Azure personal account (pay as you go) if the authenticator app is not working and i have no other MFA. I have recently changed my phone and do not have access to old phone or old app. As a result, I just dont have any option to access the azure portal.

    Thank you @Dillon Silzer . I am still unable to open a ticket with Microsoft. I tried calling on phone and it just asks me to go online where I do not get much help. Is there a link where we can open a ticket with Azure team to get the issue resolved. Thank you very much.
