Can't access Azure 13-17 benefits

Question

I've tried to create an Azure account using the 13-17 discount, verifying my academic status with my e-mail but I still get the "welcome to Azure" screen if I go onto any service on the Azure portal. I can't seem to find any help about that on the web, any ideas ? For reference, the discount is https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/pricing/offers/ms-azr-0144p/
