What is winsdksetup.exe in TEMP folder

I accidentally found these folders in my TEMP folder:

The above folder contains 566MB files.

Apparently they are downloaded by VS in background. But I don't know when they are supposed/scheduled to install.

Is this the normal 'official' procedure to update WINDOWS 11 SDK?

    Is this the normal 'official' procedure to update WINDOWS 11 SDK?

    You can ignore this file, Visual Studio Windows SDK files are stored in C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\VisualStudio\Packages\Win11SDK_10.0.22621,version=10.0.22621.xxxx

    The latest version of the Windows SDK (10.0.22621) was released in February 2024.

    It is recommended that you open Visual Studio Installer to check for updates and update Visual Studio to the latest version.
