Cannot access Intune and Entra ID portals on iOS device using Edge

Hello,

I'm a global admin of my tenant, but I can't seem to access Intune and Entra ID portals using the Edge browser on my iOS device. I haven't encountered any policy or conditional access that could prevent me from accessing these portals.

I've tried several fixes, such as clearing the cache, cookies, and accessing through incognito mode. I've even signed out and signed in again and uninstalled/reinstalled the Edge app, but none of these have worked. It appears that the problem lies with the Edge app, as the portal is accessible through Safari on my iOS device.

Could anyone provide assistance in resolving this issue?

Attached is a screenshot of the error message that I received.

@Theodoros Yiorkas Did this situation only occur in an enrolled iOS device? Please try to access intune portal in an unenrolled iOS device.

Also, please check if there is any configuration profile or app configuration policy about Edge that block Intune and Entra ID portals' URLs.

    Hi @Theodoros Yiorkas

I can reproduce the issue in Edge iOS 124.0.2478.50. It works well in Chrome iOS. I tried many methods but can't fix the issue.

I think this might be a new issue. I suggest that you can provide feedback to Edge team by clicking Help and feedback in Edge menu and click the Contact support option on the error page to get more help.

We are facing the same issue. This seems to have happened on the latest Edge iOS 124.0.2478.50. On a user that had the previous version of Edge, this is not an issue. Please post if you find a fix.
