Unable to view Foundational C# Certification on Microsoft Learn account

I completed the certification exam for Foundational C# offered by Microsoft. Although I can view the result on Free Code Camp, it is not showing up on my Microsoft Learn account despite linking the two accounts. The exam link was provided by Microsoft for the exam. Any ideas on how to resolve this?
