The current version is showing as SQL server 13.0.5893.48 after I thought I had upgraded it to 2019.

Why do you think so? You have to purchase a 2019 product key and have to perform a version upgrade; have you?

2024-04-29T17:56:55.8166667+00:00 I got this resolved. I had the proper version upgrade. I just had to uninstall the old versions of oledb and odbc, Thank you for offering your assistance.
